“Fantastic product at a sensible price. I was doubtful that the charger aligned with ev.energy would perform as claimed but it did exactly as its advertising said it would.

I have solar panels and wanted to take full advantage of free energy. The ev.energy app allows this to happen with a choice of charging options including solar only. There is also an option to use a mixture of solar and grid supply or grid only.

I would also mention the amazing customer service provided by waEV-charge which is second to non and the follow-up contact from ev.energy was very much appreciated.

“I purchased my EV charger from waEV-charge and from the day of initial contact with Joe I was well informed about the suitability of the charger and the process involved in fitting of the charger and its implications. The engineer kept me updated about the time of his arrival and it was an appalling rainy day but this did not deter him and his technician.

He listened to my request where I wanted the charger to be fitted and completed the tasks effectively and courteously. They left the working areas cleaned from debris, make good any defects caused by drilling and despite some technical difficulties in setting the app, he persevered and ensure the charger was fully operational before leaving.

As I was new to this system, and some teething problem with the app initially, I was fully supported by Joe and his technical team despite my numerous query and finally had the whole system and app working smoothly. “Where do I start - The EV charger market is a confusing place, when I started looking at chargers I had no previous experience of chargers, after all why would I?

From my first interaction with waEV it has been nothing but positive. Joe and his team are a small team, but deliver the customer service of an organisation 5 times it size.
